This is basically something you can do at the start or end of your day for some extra cash. It's simple and doesn't take a ton of time.

REQUIREMENT: I guess level 60, or you could be a rogue in the 50s and you'll need the Scarlet Key. Also you'll need Enchanting for this to be effective.

What you do is run/stealth to Herod and kill him. Get the loot, and disenchant it. 2g/Large Radiant Shard minimum. People say this sucks, but it's actually quite nice if you use this right. DE all the loot and sell the shards.

Say you get 10 shards a day. 5 runs at the beginning of your day, and 5 at the end. Extra 20g a day. To sum it up, basically 40g an hour. But since you can't go in instances more than 5 times an hour, it's not that great. Which is why it's best to do 5 runs when you log on, and 5 runs before you log out.

1 day = 20g
1 week = 140g
